Upgrade to Wordpress 2

I wouldn’t exactly say it was painless, but using the much clearer set of instructions found at T2 (definitely recommended) and a bit of fiddling I’m now running the latest version of Wordpress.

Take their word for it and backup both your database and MT root directory. It came in handy.
